One small change needed

Img_0639_5

Lexington Renovation:

The original bathroom had a fiberglass shower stall. It felt dark and enclosed. It was tiny.

We didn’t have much space to grab, just a few inches, but we made one change that had maximum impact — We decided to make one wall a 1/2 wall of glass to let in more light.

Once the 1/2 wall was framed, we realized the height was not quite right. It felt like you’d hit your chin on it, and that’s not good.

I had the contractor drop the wall a few inches to chest height. That meant more light and more comfort. An almost mistake; we caught this one in time!
