Here’s a before and after of a living room. Once a new rug was chosen, we found the perfect color for the walls, pulling out the wall color from the rug. Now the room is very warm and welcoming. The soft greenish grey of the upholstery offers a contrast to the wall color so the room looks much more interesting.
My client wasn’t sure of the choice, and I didn’t push her on it. She decided to take a risk and give it a try… it’s only paint after all.
The homeowners love it and never would have come up with this color on their own. (I love when they say that!)
